Creating a Vote

In order to create a vote, you will need to provide us with an email address. We will only use this information to provide you the Service and send you your unique Secret Key.

We may also use your email to contact you in case you request technical support (/contacts), or if you would like to subscribe for news and announcements about the Service.

In case you chose the option of providing access to voters via their email addresses, we will store this information until this particular voting is closed. This information will be used solely for sending invitations and reminders of the Vote.

Participating in a vote

If you participate in a vote, we will store your email until voting, in which you have participated, is closed. This information will be used solely for sending invitations and reminders about the vote.

What security measures we undertake

Please be informed that we employ industry-standard administrative, physical and electronic measures to safeguard personal information submitted to us from unauthorized access. We encrypt the transmission of all personal information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and only store that information in secured data centers with restricted access.

With whom the information may be shared

Personal data is used solely for providing the requested Service. Please be advised that we may disclose your personal information if legally required to do so by government agencies, judicial courts or law enforcement bodies, or to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we consider to be illegal.
